Troubleshooting
This is a common problem that some users might face.
Our plugin requires a specific format when importing csv files.
The easiest way is to simply export your existing links and use the csv export as your import template. If you have not yet created a link with our plugin, then do this first. You can find information on how to do this here.
- Go to Internal Links Manager > Add New Link and create an internal link. You can skip this step if you already have created some internal links with our plugin.
- Go to “Import + Export” and export all your links as a csv file.
- Edit the csv you just downloaded and insert your desired internal links line by line. Please make sure to strictly follow the files format and ensure that at least all the mandatory fields (internal title, page or URL to link to, keywords) are filled out in every line.
- Save your file, go back to Internal Links Manager in your WordPress Backend, click “Import + Export” and drop your csv file at the designated import field.
